Senior Business Analyst - Counterparty Risk This is at least a VP-level role - this will NOT have any direct reports as this is an individual contributor role. Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid) Pay Range: Competitive - at least VP Level role What's the Job?

Collaborate with business users to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for counterparty credit risk management systems. Support the development and testing of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards like SR 11-10. Conduct root cause analysis on data quality issues and work across verticals to implement effective solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ongoing projects and business processes. Coordinate with project managers to provide updates on risks, issues, and project progress to senior management. What's Needed?

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Counterparty Credit Risk technology within large banking institutions. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as SR 11-10 and related risk management practices. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting without reliance on developers. Experience working with market data sources, financial instruments, and trading systems. Strong project management skills, including familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
