Handling tax in such a large, sophisticated organization takes more than just a technical understanding of current tax practices. As a Seasonal Real Estate Tax Senior Manager, we will look to you to apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to some very complex issues. Lead teams and work in a highly collaborative culture, where listening to and sharing information with colleagues is essential. Engage in diverse tax planning projects for a broad client base and provide up-to-the-minute tax advice. Apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes and devise strategic outcomes for complex issues. Skills And Attributes For Success

Analyzing an evolving portfolio of increasingly complex tax operations to provide meaningful business insights. Identifying potential opportunities and risks and communicating these to our clients. Learning and researching current market trends, to maintain credibility as a trusted advisor. Building client relationships with knowledge of the real estate, hospitality and construction industries. Developing clear, intelligent plans to improve clients’ tax activities. Researching clients’ business operations and tailoring advice to their needs. Supervising a motivated team, ensuring skills, knowledge and opportunities for growth. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline. Seven to ten years’ of real estate tax experience in a professional services environment. Extensive knowledge in real estate tax technical and transaction skills, including partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring. Experience managing budgets, people and projects. Business development within the market. A proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization. Technical writing and research experience in a tax context. The ability to prioritize multiple complex projects. Strong influencing skills and the confidence to question existing processes. Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment. Licenses

CPA qualification or being a member of a state bar. What we look for

The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr. Individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
