Senior Analyst, Order to Cash – The Home Depot The Corporate Controllership team serves as a strategic and innovative partner focused on supporting business growth, as part of a world-class controllership organization. Responsibilities
5% Collaboration - Leverages prior experiences to help develop and recommend solutions; build trust with internal customers and cross-functional teams 75% Operational Duties - Execute required tasks related to the delivery of the OTC tower; work with other teams to share information; interpret data from reports and ledgers; provide advice and analysis to improve efficiency; support junior analysts; resolve issues; execute month-end and year-end processes; monitor KPIs and SLAs; assist in building and interpreting analyses for the business 15% Project Management & Team Support - Work with project teams and business partners to achieve project goals; prioritize assignments and ensure quality and accuracy 5% Skill Building & Professional Development - Seek knowledge on key finance developments (e.g., analytics, automation); participate in continuous improvement of financial shared services processes and tools Direct Manager / Direct Reports
Typically reports to Lead Analyst, Manager or Sr. Manager This position has 0 Direct Reports Travel Requirements
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time Physical Requirements
Most of the time spent sitting; light movement may be required Working Conditions
Located in a comfortable indoor area; conditions could produce mild discomfort on occasion Minimum Qualifications
Must be eighteen years of age or older Must be legally permitted to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications
2-4 years of relevant work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software including SAP, SQL, and Blackline Strong understanding of accounting/finance principles, GAAP, and auditing standards Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills Experience with data analytics / data visualization Experience with RPA, machine learning, AI, and blockchain is highly desired Ability to prepare and present clear administrative and financial reports Education & Experience
Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED Minimum Years of Work Experience: 2 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) Competencies
