The Front Office Supervisor possess strong communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing
Front Office Supervisors lead the agents who are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
Qualifications:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
Must have open availability Monday - Friday
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Experience and thorough understanding of Front Office Operations.
Previous experience with airline crew reservations is ideal.
Considerable skill in the use of a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations without error.
Ability to stand and move throughout Front Office and continuously performing essential job functions.
Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Basic computer skills required.
Previous exposure to Opera including billing processes is ideal.
Ability to access and accurately input information using moderately complex computer systems.
