The company has invested heavily in building out its commercial operations and now seeks to restructure and strengthen its support functions to scale effectively. Job Description: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving people strategies that align with organizational priorities. This role balances strategic initiatives with hands-on HR delivery, ensuring workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development across the business. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leadership to design and deliver HR strategies that enhance performance and growth. Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, and compensation programs. Drive succession planning and leadership development to build future-ready teams. Guide change management initiatives and provide coaching to senior leaders. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment of talent, compensation, and benefits programs. Advise on organizational design and workforce analytics to support business transformation. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies. Qualifications: 8+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced environments. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Proven success in
union negotiations
within the Chicago market. Strong track record partnering with commercial operations to drive measurable results. Experience navigating organizational restructuring and process change. Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish; professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar). Strategic seat at the table with executive leadership.
