FlexPLM Implementation & Configuration Experience
Role: Flex PLM Process Consultant We are seeking a skilled and experienced FlexPLM Consultant to lead process consulting, solution design, and implementation of FlexPLM across client organizations. This role involves deep collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient PLM solutions that enhance product development and lifecycle management.
Areas of Responsibilities
Process Consulting & Design
Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for FlexPLM enablement.
Design comprehensive PLM workflows including Line Planning, Tech Pack creation, BOM management, Sample Management, and Supplier Collaboration.
Recommend process improvements and best practices aligned with industry standards.
FlexPLM Implementation
Lead configuration, customization, and deployment of FlexPLM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP and other enterprise systems.
Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance.
Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and gap analysis.
Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
Training & Change Management
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions tailored to different user groups.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of FlexPLM solutions.
Experience, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in PLM consulting, with a strong focus on FlexPLM.
Proven track record in process design, system implementation, and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of product development processes in retail, apparel, or consumer goods industries.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
