Pay:
$200,000 - $315,000 per year
Note:
This position requires employees to work on a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in-office at either our clients Wilmington, DE or Dallas, TX office.
Note:
The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation and be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Job Description Responsibilities
Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters, including chancery litigation
Draft motions, briefs, and other complex pleadings for state and federal courts
Manage discovery, depositions, and case strategy development
Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear recommendations
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases
Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
At least 2 years of experience in commercial litigation (Delaware chancery experience strongly preferred for Wilmington office)
Active bar admission in Delaware or Texas, depending on office location
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Strong academic credentials and ability to handle complex, high-stakes cases
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
