$100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President of Technology to lead key initiatives across their Workday platform. This role will drive strategic enhancements, manage cross-functional implementations, and oversee the performance of multiple Workday modules. It combines leadership, technical proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to support enterprise-wide platform success. Key Responsibilities: Lead Workday-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and new module deployments (HCM, Financials, Talent, Recruiting). Oversee configuration, testing, and rollout of Workday updates across business units. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions. Support integrations between Workday and other enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data flow. Monitor platform performance and user experience; resolve issues proactively. Drive adoption, reporting optimization, and strategic use of Workday across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of enterprise application experience, with 3+ years in Workday administration or implementation. Strong technical skills in Workday integrations (web services, APIs). Proven experience with Workday configurations and module management. Familiarity with additional tools such as Azure, data visualization, or analytics platforms is a plus. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $100,000-140,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. Seniority level
