Overview

The Marketing Campaign Associate I Hybrid role involves responsibility for data and execution components of multiple direct mail and email projects including advertising for promotions, events, gaming, dining, and hotel offers. The role requires fast-paced project management throughout the lifecycle of the campaign, from creation through delivery to the guests. Responsibilities

Work on a team focused on mailed/emailed campaigns for one property or market, handling an average workload of about six projects per production month. Own each project step once assigned, including routing to reviewers and approvers, vendor interaction, proofing, and handling inquiries and notifications. Set up offer segmentation, query criteria from existing databases, and execution rules based on pre-formulated strategy. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field Proofreading experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Familiarity with database structures, terminology, management, and querying tools preferred About Us
