What You’ll Do

Interact directly with transaction team members on matters related to client and engagement management

Create transaction financial models to be used in valuation, structuring and negotiation

Prepare detailed memoranda and presentations describing the key attributes of client companies and industries

Data gathering, document review and preparation of reports

Research & financial analysis of target companies

Communication with business owners to ensure delivery of exceptional client service

Learn and grow from direct on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.

One (1)+ year of experience in investment banking, business valuation services, commercial banking, or public accounting.

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, project management, communication, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills required.

Experience creating discounted cash flow and leveraged buyout models and analysis.

Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties.

The compensation range for this role is $65,560 to $124,300. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
