Engage with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify current and future compensation needs, research market trends, analyze data, and develop and execute HR/Compensation priorities aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with HRBPs to provide guidance on total compensation solutions. Perform complex analyses to identify issues, propose alternatives, and recommend solutions to business needs. Review job classifications, position descriptions, and market data to make recommendations on job qualifications and levels in support of company policy and budgets. Periodically review pay competitiveness across functions and recommend appropriate adjustments. Develop and implement change management plans in support of compensation programs and priorities. Lead the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) integrated process and training for the business unit in partnership with HR. Ability to translate compensation philosophy and strategy into actionable recommendations. Strong prioritization in a fast-paced environment. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with Excel proficiency (formulas, data tools, visualizations). Clear, concise communication of complex data. High attention to quality and detail. Strong consultative, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team; capable of influencing, collaborating, and problem solving. Effective presentation skills and experience participating in large, complex initiatives and change management. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications for Principal Level: Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience; knowledge of HR practices including compensation analysis. Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal Level: Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience; minimum 8 years in compensation, HR, or related discipline; knowledge of HR practices including compensation analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Compensation Professional or working toward certification; working knowledge of Workday; experience in a large government contracting environment. Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $82,900.00 - $136,000.00 (or $95,900.00 - $149,900.00, depending on position). The salary range is a general guideline; offers depend on scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and Long Term Incentives may apply.
