As a Private Client Banker in a Chase Branch, you will represent our brand and culture with hospitality, delivering the latest banking solutions and technology with friendly, attentive service to Chase's affluent clients and other branch clients. You will manage their complete banking relationship across the company, using a proactive approach to generate growth in their balances. You will help acquire new clients by soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources.

Actively manage assigned clients and their banking relationships through an advice-based approach to recommend the best products and services for their financial needs.
Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust — ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to consult with clients about banking solutions, and collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts for specialized financial needs.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
1+ year of Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales with proven success in acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and revenue generation.
Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
Ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively with attention to detail — providing a consistent client experience.
Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
The Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through the bank's licensing program within 180 days of hire, with study materials and support provided.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
College degree or military equivalent.
Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients.
Regulatory and licensing information This position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent on review of criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and other information relevant to assessing financial responsibility and fitness for the position. Felony convictions within the last seven years may disqualify a candidate. Continued employment requires compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements and licensing provisions.
National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration is required under the SAFE Act.
