Senior FP&A & Treasury Analyst job at FourGen Holdings. Oak Brook, IL. What You'll Do

Budgeting and Forecasting: Leads the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and financial models. Coordinates with other departments to gather data, ensure accuracy, and consolidate financial results. Supports External Audits specifically related to WIP analysis. Financial Analysis: Analyzes financial trends and identify risks and opportunities. Supports business units with financial analysis to drive performance improvement. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis. Oversees WIP (Work in Process) reporting for all companies and analyzes issues with Project Accounting Manager and business units to understand drivers of variances. Develops a framework for analyzing WIP and conducts regular financial reviews with project managers, identifying and addressing cost variances, potential risks, and opportunities. Calculates Bonuses for each company. Performs special projects as needed. Treasury Management: Performs all bank, intercompany loan, credit cards and cash investment activities. Leads automation initiatives with banks; Open/Close accounts; Manage credit cards. Gatekeeper of access (along with CFO) of all banking user rights. Maintains weekly cash forecast, 13-week cash forecast, and long-term cash forecast. System and Processes: Serve as Financial Lead on Business Central ERP reporting activities and other systems chosen to improve analytics of the business results (actuals or forecasts). Stakeholder Communication: Works with other team leads such as Accounting Manager, Project Accounting Manager and Payroll Manager to ensure their activities are reflected in financial results. Interacts with Owner and other key business unit leaders on important analytical and financial topics. What You'll Need for Success: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 4-5 years of progressive treasury or FP&A experience. Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/forecasting tools such as Business Central, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle. Strong background in construction finance, including WIP, job costing, and project-based financial management. Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and monitoring budgets and forecasts. Experience leading reporting automation or dashboard development is preferred. Familiarity with bonus/incentive structure modeling is preferred. Proven ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders is preferred. Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
