Accounting Manager
to join their dynamic team and oversee accounting operations for one of their largest manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the month-end close process and oversee all general ledger activities for the site. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses in collaboration with operations leaders. Support internal controls, compliance initiatives, and cost accounting activities. Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and senior leadership to drive performance insights. Supervise and mentor accounting team members to support department and company goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA a plus. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of standard cost accounting, inventory management, and GAAP compliance. Proven leadership capabilities with a hands-on, process improvement mindset. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
