We are seeking an Associate Wealth Manager to play a vital support role within our advisory team — working closely with Lead Advisors to help serve and retain clients while ensuring a seamless, white glove experience. Responsibilities
Client Relationship Support:
Partner with Lead Advisors to manage and strengthen long-term client relationships. Prepare meeting materials, follow up on action items, and ensure client needs are addressed promptly and thoughtfully. Financial Planning Support:
Assist in developing financial plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client objectives while expanding your expertise in financial planning strategies. Asset Allocation Analysis:
Perform analyses to help optimize clients’ asset allocation strategies under advisor direction. Client Meeting Preparation:
Compile and organize materials for client meetings, ensuring advisors have everything needed for clear and effective presentations. Client Service:
Respond to routine client questions and service requests in a timely and professional manner, reinforcing a high standard of care. New Business Follow-Up:
Support client retention efforts and assist with follow-up tasks that enhance new business development opportunities. Client Presentations:
Participate in presenting investment strategies and portfolio performance updates to clients, addressing questions and providing insights alongside senior advisors. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with Client Services and other team members to ensure cohesive service delivery and alignment with client goals. What We’re Looking For / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (business, finance, economics, accounting or related field). 4+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory — preferably within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment. Experience using financial planning and investment research tools including eMoney, Koyfin, and Morningstar. Experience using a CRM system is highly preferred; Redtail is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a professional, polished demeanor. Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative. Friendly, approachable, and client-focused — someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Benefits
