Senior Financial Analyst
will collaborate with operational leaders, accounting, and other corporate partners to develop financial models and reporting packages that drive insight and performance. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis across multiple business legal entities and locations. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Analyze performance across departments, locations, and entities to identify trends and opportunities Prepare monthly reporting packages and variance analyses for leadership Support pricing, revenue analysis, and KPI development Partner cross-functionally to ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and actionable Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in corporate or multi-entity operational finance, ideally in a high-growth environment Strong Excel skills required; experience with Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar tools preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field What You’ll Gain: Exposure to strategic initiatives and executive-level reporting A collaborative team environment with mentorship and growth potential The chance to help shape financial processes in a scaling organization The company offers a range of benefits, including medical insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k).
