Job Description Blackstone’s Global Fund Finance team is seeking a Fund Accounting Associate to support our business growth.

Responsibilities

Review daily and monthly estimate and final fund NAVs.

Prepare and review capital calls and distributions allocations.

Assist in tracking investment costs and monitoring the fair value of investments.

Oversee quarterly NAV and portfolio reconciliation, investigating discrepancies with internal teams.

Calculate management fees, distributions, waterfall allocations, and IRR.

Prepare fund forecasts, performance estimates, attributions, and other ad-hoc projects.

Review investor statements and internal reports.

Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits.

Oversee and review the offshore team’s work.

Qualifications We seek motivated, proactive, and intelligent individuals with a track record of excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

BS or higher in Accounting or Finance.

3+ years of fund, audit, or administrator experience / 3+ years in public or private accounting.

Experience in private equity, hedge funds, or audit is preferred.

Knowledge of SEC/regulatory filings for investment funds is preferred.

CPA certification is preferred.

Strong Excel skills are preferred.

Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Team-oriented with a willingness to assist colleagues.

Additional Information Expected annual base salary: $100,000 - $140,000, determined by experience, skills, and location. Additional compensation and benefits may apply.
