DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The Impact you will have in this role:
As a member of the Enterprise Transformation team, the primary activities for the ET Program Management Associate will include general projects across Enterprise Transformation functions. The ET PM Associate will also provide administrative and clerical support to the Executive(s) as well as coordination and performance of multiple tasks within the group. A high degree of professionalism and discretion are expected, as well as strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to anticipate and address needs of the teams. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and self-motivated to bring improvements to the department as they are identified. Finally, this person will work with and coordinate a wide range of people and job levels, both internally and externally, and should have strong communication and influence skills.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Be a servant-leader for the group to ensure the teams live values and principles and follows the processes and practices to maintain top performance.
May act as the point of escalation for risks, issues and dependencies, ensure action items are clearly defined, assigned to owners, and escalated in a timely manner.
General administrative office duties including calendar / meeting management, capturing meeting minutes, expense reporting, assistance with on/offboarding employees, ordering supplies for the department, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Provide support for Board/Committee/Council meetings including attendance confirmation, coordinating catering, sending out agendas, and uploading documents for Board member access.
Ensure that the leaders and contributors are prepared for meetings by providing applicable documents in advance of the meetings to allow for sufficient review.
Coordinate business travel arrangements, including the timely preparation and submission of expense statements.
Track and send reminders for various department deliverables, group meetings and stand ups.
Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
5 or more years' administrative experience with 2 years supporting senior executives
Demonstrate excellent PC skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project Manager, Access) and e-mail/calendar software
