Treasury Manager

You will be responsible for managing and performing North America Treasury cash management and will assist the Senior Treasury Manager on strategic initiatives including centralizing operations, optimizing bank account structure, and implementing treasury technology. The Treasury Manager must be organized, dependable and able to expeditiously execute treasury initiatives. You will report directly to the Senior Treasury Manager and collaborate with Global Treasury, Tax, Legal/Compliance, Operations, Product, AP and Accounting teams while maintaining partnerships with external corporate banking partners. What We Need CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Treasury Manager within our Treasury department. This role requires working on-site in Brentwood, TN. Responsibilities include cash management, cash flow forecasting, payment approvals, and coordinating with Accounts Payable for rebates and contractor payments. You will support strategic treasury initiatives, centralize operations, optimize bank structures, and implement treasury technology. You will also manage a small treasury team and provide periodic audit support and regulatory compliance related to banking structure and funds flow. You will provide comprehensive reporting to the global treasury team and collaborate with various internal and external partners. How We Work As a Treasury Manager, you will be expected to work on-site. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Brentwood, TN Company-issued equipment Role Responsibilities Cash management including cash positioning, pooling structures, payment processing, supporting credit card operations, and short-term investing Cash flow forecasting and analysis Approving Treasury payments and drawdown wires Partnering with Accounts Payable to assist with rebate and contractor-related payments Monitoring bank service fees and pursuing cost-saving opportunities Supporting M&A activity and integrating banking and operations post-acquisition Cultivating internal relationships to support treasury needs Documenting Treasury processes and procedures Developing continuous process improvement, including treasury automation and new treasury technology implementation Managing 1-3 treasury team members, including training and career development Providing periodic audit support and ensuring regulatory compliance Providing comprehensive reporting to the global treasury team Performing ad hoc treasury projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Bachelor\'s degree required; Master’s or advanced degree a plus 5+ years of corporate treasury experience, preferably with a publicly traded company 2+ years of managerial experience a plus Background in high-volume and complex environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with all levels of the organization and external partners to drive projects to timely completion Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus Payments industry experience is a plus Treasury Management System experience is a plus Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide Robust PTO offerings including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, and volunteer time Employee discounts with major providers Philanthropic support with local and national organizations Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Sales
