Customer Service Cashier

Position Purpose: As a Customer Service Cashier, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service. Your responsibilities will include processing checkout and return transactions, as well as overseeing the Self-Checkout area. You will proactively seek product and project knowledge to assist customers effectively and identify potential selling opportunities. Adhering to all policies and procedures will be essential for minimizing shrinkage. In this position, you will assist the Head Cashier in managing other Cashiers by expediting price checks and approving Point of Sale transactions, markdowns, and returns. You will serve as the first point of escalation for customer issues and help to supervise, coach, and train fellow Front End Associates, including participating in onboarding new Cashiers. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 year of experience as a Cashier. Location: Indianapolis, IN
