Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst to be located in New Brunswick, NJ. This role will report under Data Science Manager.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Scale existing processes to Vision and Medical Device businesses as they are integrated into CFIN/Datahub
Collaborate with data scientists by providing financial insights, helping build the Predictive use case to drive adoption, and exploring avenues to enhance existing Predictive modeling approaches
Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers and explain complex models in a simple manner to senior stakeholders
Present results to stakeholders through visualization tools and techniques
Monitor end to end integration of data science model from data gathering data cleaning, production and integration with user systems and tools
Work on proof of concepts to solve a business problem in an agile manner
Monitor models for performance, develop checks against drifting and continuously improve the existing models
Collaborating with IT, Data Science and Finance process teams
Keep up to date with latest technological trends in the space of data analytics and data science
Qualifications
A Minimum of 4 years relevant Finance professional experience is required
A Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or any quantitative discipline
Ability to lead and inspire individuals, foster teamwork and drive for common goals and achievements required
Experience in supporting a Commercial, Supply Chain, or FP&A within JNJ is preferred
Experience working and drawing insights from large data sets required
Experience with work prioritization and deadline changes required
Experience working across multiple levels of business stakeholders, creating context around key business drivers and strategic plans required
Knowledge with data science cloud platforms AWS, Azure, Domino etc. preferred
Knowledge of Alteryx and/or Tableau preferred
Continuous improvement mindset and critical thinking required
Drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques required
Good knowledge around risk management, compliance adherence and commitments required
Strong written and oral communication skills required

Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$91,000-$147,200
Additional Description for Pay Transparency: The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
