Tax Manager

Oversee multi-state and composite filings; stay current with regulations. Partner with audit team as needed, providing tax insights during reviews. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication. Mentor and develop junior staff. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting; CPA required. 5+ years public accounting experience with a focus on tax. Knowledge of audit procedures is a strong plus. Proficiency in tax software (CCH, ProSystem fx, UltraTax) and Excel. Experience with high-net-worth individuals and multi-state returns. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Preferred
Business development and client relationship skills. Multilingual abilities (Portuguese, Italian, or Spanish a plus). This is a hybrid role with flexibility to support work-life balance while aligning with EST hours.
