Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Minneapolis, MN. This role is part of the Enterprise Financial Crimes Compliance (EFCC) division, supporting the second line of defense to prevent illicit use of products and services. As a Case Management System (Guardian) Tester, you will validate and prepare testing documentation for ActOne and Guardian interface platforms to assist end-to-end AML and Fraud Investigations processes. You will coordinate testing readiness with key stakeholders and provide day-to-day support to ensure regulatory deadlines are met by maintaining ongoing functionality for ActOne and Guardian. Responsibilities
Conduct business line validation for Guardian and Actimize releases in both testing and production environments Collaborate as a subject matter expert with Business Line technology partners Attend daily stand-up and refinement sessions Prepare communications and training materials for Guardian and Actimize releases Provide product support to investigations teams and gather end-user feedback Support special projects or critical work as needed Requirements
Strong analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities Effective oral and written communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and adaptability to new software Pay and Benefits
The base pay range is $23.00/hr - $25.52/hr. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation Kforce reasonably believes it would pay at posting for this role. The final pay may be higher or lower based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, location, performance, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance. Salaried personnel receive paid time off; hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
