Scope of Position This role leads all real estate projects, including acquisitions, greenfield developments, and construction. The manager acts as the main contact for internal teams and external vendors, overseeing deliverables from development through construction and financial closings. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate landowner agreements (leases, amendments, easements, purchase agreements, estoppels). Negotiate governmental and third-party agreements (licenses, rights-of-way). Manage permits, master service agreements, change orders, NDAs, and statements of work. Review title commitments, survey reports, mineral ownership reports, and negotiate related documents. Coordinate with outside counsel and conduct real estate due diligence on M&A projects. Maintain real estate summaries and trackers; review payment requests and purchase orders. Lead real estate meetings and act as liaison to upper management. Qualifications and Competencies Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or 5+ years relevant experience in real estate. Experience with commercial title, surveys, large financial transactions, and project due diligence. Ability to interpret legal documents, title reports, and surveys. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with systems like QuickBase, SAP, ArcGIS, and Procore.
