Tract Capital has introduced two digital infrastructure strategies. The first is a horizontal powered land strategy focused on creating master planned data center campuses called Tract. The second is the mega-campus vertical development strategy called Fleet Data Centers. Position Overview We are seeking an Accountant that will be located at Tract Capital Headquarters and will report directly to the Director, Accounting Operations to perform and coordinate accounting duties within the organization. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial analysis skills. An outstanding accountant should also possess strong Excel skills, be detail-oriented, and highly organized. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team environment with minimal day-to-day oversight. Responsibilities

Perform the daily A/P function including invoice uploading, workflow management, coding, and timely processing of payments to vendors. Demonstrate highest standards of personal and professional integrity, assist with creating and adhere to company’s accounting policies and procedures, and complies with applicable laws, government rules, and regulations. Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures. Work closely with FP&A to continually update forecasts / budgets incorporating the expense activity. Provide support for the external audit function during the quarterly review and year-end audit and tax processes. Perform other accounting duties as required or assigned. Baseline Requirements

Education, Professional Certification, and Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Minimum 3+ years of Accounting experience. Intermediate MS Excel data management skills. Experience with cloud-based accounting systems. Travel And Schedule

$80,000 plus Annual Bonus Tract Capital Employment
