$85,000 - $95,000 base salary plus 10% bonus Benefits:

The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for all accounting functions for a portion of our growing portfolio of retail. Key Responsibilities: Review ledger detail, record adjusting journal entries and review/reconcile subsidiary ledger activity to general ledger Maintain supporting work papers including Property Fixed Asset schedules Work with Property Managers in preparation of monthly variance reports and recovery reconciliations/billings Review general ledger reconciliations and cam/tax reconciliations Review of new lease abstracts and related changes Respond and provide support for accounting related inquiries Key Qualifications: BS/BA in Accounting or Business 3+ years Commercial Real Estate Accounting experience Proficiency in MS Office applications Yardi Voyager software experience Seniority level
