Overview
We are seeking an Epic ClinDoc Analyst to join our ClinDoc team (EpicCare Inpatient) performing builds, testing, validation, maintenance and ongoing support of the ClinDoc module. Ideal candidate will have the ClinDoc certification aka EpicCare Inpatient certification. This role will work on builds and configs, include Epic upgrade project based work, enhancement requests, ticket queue responses, and break/fix duties. Responsibilities
Perform builds, testing, validation, maintenance and ongoing support of the ClinDoc module (EpicCare Inpatient). Contribute to Epic upgrade projects, handle enhancement requests, respond to ticket queues, and perform break/fix activities. Collaborate with teams across departments to implement ClinDoc configurations and improvements. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with major coursework in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent related experience. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in clinical, business, or other healthcare operational areas, or 5 years with no degree. Epic ClinDoc (EpicCare Inpatient) certification within the first 90 days of completing training if not obtained prior to hire. Working knowledge and subject matter expertise in the assigned operational department areas. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Intermediate oral and written communication skills with diverse populations. Intermediate organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills. Interpersonal skills to interact productively with teams across organizational lines. Creative problem-solver with a focus on achieving objectives within prescribed timelines while maintaining quality standards. Flexibility to manage multiple initiatives and shift priorities based on business needs. Typically works with senior staff, but may coordinate smaller or less complex projects independently. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Remote, but local to GA to come onsite as needed for go-live/project support (maximum 1-2 times per month). Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $86,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year. Workplace Type
