The Staff Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting the accounting operations of a growing healthcare services organization. This role offers exposure to both core accounting functions and healthcare-specific financial processes. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries into the general ledger. Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, patient billing accounts, and other balance sheet items. Support monthly and year-end close processes, including accruals and financial reporting. Review accounts payable and receivable transactions for accuracy. Maintain compliance with healthcare industry financial standards and regulations. Assist with audit preparation and respond to external auditor requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects and process improvements. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. 2-4 years of accounting experience; healthcare or nonprofit industry preferred. Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar) and Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
