Germany · 100% Remote Must be a German Resident and C1/C2 level German Speaker Our client is a well-established Microsoft Gold Partner in Germany (500+ employees), known for delivering modern and effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to businesses across multiple industries. With a strong footprint in the German market, they combine the stability of a large organisation with the flexibility and culture of a modern consultancy. As part of their growing Dynamics CRM/CE team, you’ll contribute to exciting digital transformation projects while learning from experienced consultants and working with the latest Microsoft technologies. Your Responsibilities Support clients throughout the full project lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM – from requirements gathering and functional design to configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing support Configure and adapt Dynamics 365 CRM/CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) to meet business needs Translate business processes into system solutions, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation Assist in developing and extending solutions on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) to complement Dynamics 365 CRM Act as the main point of contact for users, providing training, documentation, and post-go-live guidance to encourage adoption Collaborate with senior consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope Your Profile 2-4 years of D365 CRM/CE experience Strong knowledge of at least one CRM module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing) Practical experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) is a strong plus Ability to understand business requirements, document processes, and configure CRM solutions accordingly Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-facing mindset Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Consulting Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at LikeMind Recruitment by 2x Get notified about new Microsoft Dynamics Consultant jobs in
