Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler
Location: Richland, Washington

About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our team. In this role, you’ll perform both electronics and mechanical assembly, from sub-assemblies to finished goods. You’ll operate automated manufacturing equipment, follow standard operating procedures, and ensure products meet quality standards. This position also includes responsibilities in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic and mechanical components from sub-assembly to final product
Operate automated manufacturing equipment per work instructions
Handle components safely using ESD protocols and good manufacturing practices
Inspect incoming parts and manage inventory placement
Follow and update work instructions and travelers
Support shipping and receiving operations
Assist with production planning alongside the Supervisor or Team Lead
Maintain safety standards and report potential risks
Uphold company policies and ethical standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in production, light industry, or assembly line work
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Proficiency in mechanical and manufacturing assembly
Familiarity with sub-assembly processes and lean manufacturing
Skilled in using calipers, height gauges, and other assembly tools
Experience with CNC machining is a plus
Ability to assist in production planning
Work Environment:
You’ll be working in a semiconductor plant, primarily on the production floor, leading a small team of 2–3 members.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
