Job Summary We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to join the leadership team. This individual must demonstrate exceptionally strong quantitative and modeling skills, be highly self-motivated, and thrive in a dynamic environment that requires wearing multiple hats. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior executives and private equity sponsors while actively contributing to the company's long-term strategy and success. Role Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, in alignment with our overall business goals and objectives. Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance against targets and making necessary adjustments. Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team and board of directors, contributing to the company's long-term growth and profitability. Oversee the accounting function and the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports to support data-driven decision making. Oversee all treasury activities and cash flow, investment strategies, and liquidity, optimizing the use of available resources. Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing controls and strategies to safeguard the company's financial assets. Lead the integration of all aspects of finance and accounting for all acquired practices including historical financial information of comparative reporting. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA is a plus. Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, with a track record of financial strategy development and execution. 2+ years of work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity/Venture Capital, or Management Consulting is a plus. 8-10+ years of total work experience. Experience in high growth, entrepreneurial and/or PE backed companies. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams. Proficiency in analyzing data and leveraging insights for decision-making and strategy development.
