IT Analyst /Power BI Consultant

The IT Analyst III will work collaboratively within a team to manage, modify, and develop business intelligence (BI) systems critical for optical fiber manufacturing. The role supports cost reduction, capacity expansion, and data-driven decision-making across the division Key Responsibilities: Develop, support, and manage business intelligence and reporting solutions for the optical fiber division Build dashboards and resolve data integrity issues in collaboration with stakeholders Provide server support and ETL solutions related to BI applications. Support capital projects, cost-reduction initiatives, and capacity expansion efforts Provide occasional after-hours or on-call support Work independently and collaboratively on technical projects Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in database design, development, and business intelligence Proficiency in: SQL, SSIS, Oracle, ETL, Visual Studio Power BI, Microsoft Reporting Services Database tasks: DDL, DML, DCL Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills: Experience with SQL Developer, SSMS, DataBricks, MES, Control Charts, Microsoft Access Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or GitLab Manufacturing production support experience Cloud Hybrid is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
