Senior Financial Analyst
to its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into a visible role with real ownership and make an impact from day one. The Role Includes: Building models, analyzing trends, and helping leadership make smarter decisions Tracking performance across locations and digging into what’s driving results Creating reports that go beyond just numbers—stories that explain the “why” Supporting investment planning, operational efficiency projects, and growth initiatives Helping shape financial strategy in a company that’s scaling quickly Have 2–7 years of finance or FP&A experience Are comfortable in Excel and love working with data (Power BI or SQL is a plus) Can communicate clearly across teams and levels Want a role that gives you space to think and act, not just follow instructions Enjoy moving fast and figuring things out in real time This is a hybrid role with flexibility, strong leadership exposure, and a path to grow with the company.
