Senior Manager, Finance Transformation
to lead key initiatives focused on optimizing our Enterprise SAP S/4HANA platform. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, deep expertise in Finance and Accounting, and strong project management capabilities. This role requires the ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver innovative solutions that align with enterprise goals. Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic projects to enhance SAP S/4HANA capabilities across Finance functions, including but not limited to, General Ledger, Reporting, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Planning, and Consolidation. Drive cross-functional collaboration between Finance, IT, and other business units to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives. Identify and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the enterprise. Lead working sessions with stakeholders and document business requirements and related project deliverables. Champion change management efforts to support adoption of new processes and technologies. Ensure compliance and audit controls within SAP S/4HANA and related business processes. Develop and execute strategies for business process monitoring and continuous improvement. Role
This role is work at home flexible. It can be based remotely in the U.S. or near one of the campuses mentioned below. If you are commutable to one of the following Corporate Hubs, you must work in the office 2 or more days a week: IL-Northbrook, TX-Irving, CT-Hartford, AZ-Scottsdale, RI-Cumberland Required Qualifications
8+ years of relevant work experience, including experience working in large ERP systems. 3+ years prior experience working in/with SAP ERP solutions 3+ years of proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation projects, preferably within SAP environments. 3+ years people management experience Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization. Previous consulting experience Prior experience in corporate accounting, finance or financial systems Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA platform. Education
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting or finance or related work experience Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $75,400.00 - $182,549.00 Great Benefits For Great People
