Senior Program Manager

who is passionate about driving AI-powered solutions to streamline TA workflows and support our global TA organization. This position will identify business challenges and potential use cases where AI can help. The ideal program manager is dynamic, champions delivery excellence, thrives in creating order, and understands the importance of teamwork. Responsibilities Manage the entire AI project lifecycle from ideation and planning through execution and post-project review Conduct process and data analyses — identify root causes and drive the implementation of AI to improve process efficiency and boost team productivity Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and requirements and deliver innovative business and technology solutions Drive the change, enablement and adoption strategy to ensure program success Communicate across teams, functions and programs — ensuring broad understanding of status, risks, dependencies, and insights Ensure teams set right goals and follow standardized reporting methods Negotiate across teams to broker commitments and program roadmaps, managing dependencies and re-baselining as needed Surface program risks early and implement resolution/mitigation plans Qualifications 5+ years in Recruiting Enablement, Program Management, Talent Operations / Enablement, People programs, or related experience Strong ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience in deploying AI solutions in support of business objectives Experience with large-scale change and transformations, including tool implementations or enhancements Track record in building, implementing, and delivering key recruiting programs with positive links to business strategy or OKRs Experience in project management and influencing partner teams to deliver on timelines High resourcefulness, influence, organizational savviness, and execution skills Proficiency in recruiting tools and software (e.g., iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout) and knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle preferred Compensation At Atlassian, we design equitable, explainable and competitive compensation programs. The baseline of our range is higher than the typical market range, with base pay determined by skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, base pay zones are: Zone A: $149,400 - $195,050 Zone B: $135,000 - $176,250 Zone C: $124,200 - $162,150 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
