This position is based out of our IL-Bloomington; MN-Lakeville; WI-Sun Prairie office locations, offering a hybrid work option with up to 50% remote work. Your Contributions:

As a Senior Internal Credit Reviewer, you will play a critical role in evaluating credit quality and administration, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, while minimizing risk. You will also provide mentorship to less experienced team members and collaborate with leadership to assess overall credit risk. Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Establish and monitor an internal audit program to maintain a robust control system for credit administration. Conduct comprehensive reviews of complex loan files with a focus on credit administration. Analyze loan documentation, credit approval processes, policies, and overall financials. Participate in audits and provide insights on internal functions to ensure regulatory compliance. Advise field teams on policy and procedural matters. Lead and plan Internal Credit Reviews, determining review scope with leadership. Build strong networks with management to discuss key decisions and gather feedback. Manage special projects as directed by Credit Review leadership. Draft and distribute detailed reports to management regarding compliance and performance standards. Assist in assessing portfolio risk and contribute to annual planning efforts. Continuously improve knowledge in credit analysis and stay updated on relevant regulations. Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; Master's preferred. At least 10 years of experience in loan review, credit analysis, or credit underwriting. Advanced training in credit analysis is desirable. Expert knowledge of Federal and State credit regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities. Deep understanding of credit risk and internal controls. Ability to lead independently and work collaboratively across teams. Excellent communication and reporting abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Valid driver's license required. Salary:

The expected base pay range for this position is $103,100 - $139,500 USD, with eligibility for variable compensation and additional benefits.
