Position: Vice President, HR Business Partner. You will collaborate with executive business leaders, their staff, and HR to plan, organize and implement Human Resources initiatives that support Verra Mobility’s business strategy and growth objectives. You will be both strategic and hands-on in areas including organizational design and development, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, and more. This is a true business partner role that initiates and drives HR programs across the organization. This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer. Key Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to define long-term strategies and goals, identifying talent solutions to support them. Drive people initiatives with strong communication, coaching, influence, and thought-leadership on organizational/people strategy and transition planning and execution. Provide data and recommendations to guide decision-making related to compensation, organizational development, structure, and key processes to support business needs. Guide executive leadership on talent management, development, and succession planning to ensure right talent and bench strength. Collaborate with other HR leaders to share best practices and address critical needs and initiatives. Advise leaders on employee relations issues and applicable policies and employment laws; ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Identify needs for learning and development, retention strategies, engagement, and career development. Evaluate current business processes to identify improvements and leverage infrastructure. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services to support HR goals and initiatives. Qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ experience influencing executive and management partners in areas such as organizational design, employee relations, leadership development, and change management. Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HRBP model. BA/BS degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and report with HRIS. Flexible work style based on client needs and HR partnership. Ability to build relationships across geographies and functions. Continuous improvement mindset and ability to meet or exceed client expectations.
