The ideal candidate should have a successful track record serving as a trusted advisor to their client base, while providing advice, guidance and positive support. The ability to build strong, reliable relationships will guarantee success in this role. 2 days WFM Unlimited PTO Responsibilities Provide advice and support to leaders, managers, and employees on a full range of employment related matters Work in conjunction with other HR colleagues and external consultants/advisors as necessary Handle employee relations matters with employees and managers and participate in disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations Coach leadership and management on how to lead and direct positive change Act as the custodian for the performance management process Upskill employees on effective goal setting and development planning Develop a deep understanding of the business and contribute to the overall strategy Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees Qualifications 5+ years of HR experience, 4+ years of progressive HR experience preferably in the consulting or insurance industry Strong organization, interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field HR Certification(s) preferred Ability to travel domestically Short and Long Term Disability 401k + Match Unlimited PTO Pet Insurance Wellness Programs Employee Award Programs (Trips!)
