Business Transformation - Project Management_Senior Consultant at EY. Location: Anywhere in Country. EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Transformation Design & Execution (TD&E) practice to support transformation initiatives that align with strategic goals, bridging strategy and execution. The role involves designing and delivering business and solution architecture frameworks, product management approaches, and value realization structures; supporting the implementation of transformation offices (TMO, VMO, EPMO); and helping clients optimize performance across workstreams. Responsibilities

Support the setup and operation of transformation management structures (TMO, VMO, EPMO). Collaborate with client and EY teams to design and deliver business and solution architecture frameworks. Contribute to product and program road mapping, maturity assessments, and value tracking. Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of innovative solutions. Participate in the delivery of complex technical initiatives and transformation programs. Travel as needed to support client engagements. Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong understanding of project and program delivery methodologies. Ability to manage tasks and workstreams independently or as part of a team. Experience with tools and techniques used in transformation delivery. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Technical proficiency and business acumen, with a focus on quality and risk. Ability to build relationships across EY practices and with client stakeholders. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree is a plus. At least 2 years of client-facing consulting experience, preferably in a professional services or management consulting firm, or similar environment with comparable experience in the noted industries. Exposure to business process documentation and enhancements and solution architecture, product and portfolio management, and program delivery. Experience supporting transformation initiatives, including one or more of the following: TMO/EPMO setup and operations; Program and Project management (PPM); Complex program road mapping (CPM). Familiarity with change management and delivery methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and digital fluency. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to travel (estimated at 60–80%). Preferred/Additional Qualifications

A degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business. ERP or AI/Data Fabric implementations or central data office experience. Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile-related credentials. Sector experience in Technologies, Media and Telecommunications, Private Equity, Industrials and Energy including Oil, Gas and Chemicals and Power and Utilities, Media & Entertainment, Health including Health and Life Sciences, or Consumer Products and Retail. Experience supporting pursuit efforts and contributing to RFP responses. Experience in professional services client-facing consulting. Effective stakeholder engagement skills. What We Look For

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $97,300 to $178,300; for NYC Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) it is $116,700 to $202,600. Salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off options. Hybrid model: most client-serving work is expected to be in person 40-60% of the time over engagements or a year.
