Insurance Defense Attorney
to join a well-regarded law firm with a strong focus on litigation and defense matters. This is a fully remote opportunity within California for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on complex defense cases while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities
Defend clients in a variety of insurance-related litigation matters, including personal injury, property damage, and general liability claims. Conduct all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation. Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings. Develop and implement defense strategies in collaboration with clients, claims professionals, and internal teams. Manage caseload efficiently while ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines. Qualifications
4+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation (personal injury, premises liability, auto, or related areas). Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while handling multiple cases. What’s Offered

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
