What You’ll Do Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include:
Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.
Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.
Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.
What You Bring
High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.).
Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.
Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
