You can be a role model she will always remember, helping her find her spark and empowering her with the skills to thrive and succeed. Responsibilities
As a troop leader or co-leader, work with a group of girls and mentor them as they make new friends and build lasting connections. Attend troop meetings which vary in schedule from weekly to monthly, typically one to two hours per session. Support girls in developing leadership skills, confidence, and action‑taking within their communities. Provide a positive adult role model and guidance to help girls grow and succeed. Qualifications
