In this role, you’ll work alongside an experienced land use team and lay the legal groundwork for planned subdivisions and developments while advising prominent homebuilders in Oregon and Washington. This will include participating in land use hearings as well as appearing and arguing in court. Additionally, you’ll liaise directly with clients, advising them on land use matters and providing updates on current cases. This firm is known to be a supportive environment to establish a practice with a collaborative culture and generous bonus structure. After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule.
