Consulting - Technology Consulting - AI & Data - Data Design & Management (Manager) - Multiple Positions (1645822) at EY. This role focuses on leading data design, governance, and management efforts across client engagements. Responsibilities
Demonstrate in-depth data management and governance knowledge, including data quality management, data integration, data modeling, and data cleansing techniques, to lead engagement teams in the strategic design and implementation of tools and platforms. Design methodology and execute activities to identify business needs and challenges through structured capability assessments, diagnostic analytics, solution analytics, and enterprise analytics. Utilize data strategy, governance, quality, definition and usage, and overall data management to address US/global client challenges and identify opportunities to transform and improve client organizations. Gather AI-ready data by collecting company datasets (e.g., within operations, supply chain) to support client goals. Analyze data using Enterprise Intelligence as a key enabler and integrate analytics and business intelligence to provide solutions aligned with clients’ policies and IT environments. Establish project plans, delegate activities, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of engagements focused on data acquisition, validation, management and/or analysis. Prepare client deliverables with engagement findings and recommendations; conduct quality assurance to support high-quality work products; monitor progress and manage risk; keep key stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills; maintain long-term client relationships and networks; cultivate business development opportunities. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field and at least 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience; OR a Master’s degree in the same fields and at least 4 years of related work experience. Must have 3 years of experience advising clients in at least 2 of the following areas across the data supply chain: information strategy, data architecture, information/data governance, master data management, data quality, and/or data integration; analytics design/development. Must have 2 years experience in at least one of the following sectors: Public, Utilities, Life sciences, Advanced manufacturing, Healthcare. Must have 2 years of experience in at least one of the following Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure. Must have 2 years of experience in at least 1 of the following Data Storage and Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, HDFS. Must have 3 years of experience with ETL processes across at least 2 of the listed tools: Informatica, AWS Glue, Fivetran, Talend, Integrate.io, Oracle Data Integrator, IBM InfoSphere, DataStage, Azure Data Factory, Hevo Data. Must have 2 years of experience in Data Cleaning and Preprocessing using at least one of the listed tools: OpenRefine, Trifacta, Alteryx, Talend, Informatica, Tableau. Must have 1 year of program management experience using at least 3 technology stacks: Python, R, Julia, SQL. Must have 1 year of experience in at least 2 IDEs: Jupyter Notebook, JupyterLab, RStudio, PyCharm, Spyder. Must have 1 year of experience in Data Manipulation and Analysis using at least one: Pandas, NumPy, dplyr, data.table. Must have 2 years of experience in Data Visualization using at least 2: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, ggplot2, Tableau, Power BI.
