A respected litigation firm with a strong reputation for handling complex cases in personal injury, product liability, trucking, commercial, and construction litigation is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney. Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 30–40 active matters.
Litigate cases from inception through resolution, including trial and mediation.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate with experts.
Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to deliver results.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active law license in good standing.
3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
Ability to manage a busy docket independently while collaborating with colleagues.
