This is an opportunity for someone with a civil litigation background to build business and develop long-term career growth. Lots of mentorship available. Practice areas include: business, real estate, construction, employment law, lemon law, etc. The work involves both plaintiff and defense cases. Responsibilities
Identify and recruit civil litigation attorneys with the appropriate background and experience for the firm. Maintain and develop client relationships to support business growth and long-term career development for team members. Collaborate with the team to match candidates with openings and participate in the hiring process as needed. Qualifications
2+ years of civil litigation experience Excellent research and writing skills Licensed to practice law in Virginia Good job tenure preferred; seeking a long-term fit Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a team while managing one’s own time Experience on either plaintiff or defense side accepted Benefits
