What’s the Job? Lead large-scale change management initiatives within commercial lending operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system conversions and process improvements Develop and implement strategic plans for product delivery and business execution Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Engage with stakeholders to drive product strategy and ensure successful project delivery Qualifications
5+ years of experience in change management, business execution, and strategic planning Proven experience with large-scale system conversions in financial services Strong understanding of commercial lending products, especially auto, inventory finance, and trade finance Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills Experience with systems supporting factoring and dealer finance is preferred What's in it for me?
