SkyWater Search Partners is representing a small, fast-growing, mission-driven organization as they seek a high-performing, experienced Executive Administrator to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and other senior leaders. This role is critical to enhancing executive effectiveness, maintaining organizational alignment, and driving key initiatives forward. Acting as an extension of leadership, the Executive Assistant will manage communications, scheduling, priorities, and confidential matters with discretion and precision. This role requires strong judgment, confidence, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of supporting multiple executives in a growing organization while maintaining professionalism and focus. Location:
On-site in Minneapolis, minimum 4 days per week Compensation:
$95,000–$110,000 Responsibilities
Provide high-level support to the CEO and other senior leaders, including calendar management, inbox oversight, and prioritization of leadership tasks. Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics, and briefing materials. Draft internal and external communications, ensuring messaging aligns with organizational standards and leadership voice. Track action items and ensure follow-through from executive and leadership meetings. Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as required. Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for incoming requests, confidential matters, and key stakeholder engagement. Qualifications
5+ years of executive-level support, preferably supporting multiple C-suite executives. Proven ability to manage complex priorities across multiple leaders. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Confident and adaptable; able to navigate a fast-paced, small, or growing organization. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. High discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling confidential matters. Experience in small or entrepreneurial environments is a plus.
