Job Summary

Job Title: Designer Schedule: 9am – 5 pm Monday-Friday and occasional nights or weekends, full time, on-site. Office Location: Corporate Office – 4938 Lincoln Dr, Edina MN. Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, paid time off, paid holidays. Travel: Some travel outside of Minnesota to support other company locations in Iowa and Arizona on an infrequent basis Core Responsibilities

Perform interior design work that includes, but is not limited to, curating home finishes and selections, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation. Oversee the home personalization process and serve as the primary resource and support for selection documentation and quality control oversight. Review and manage home personalization documentation of floor plans, finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction. Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting. Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts. Participate in construction site visits and assist with field reports, RFIs & submittal review. Work on multiple project teams and support concurrent projects in varying phases of project delivery Manage external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators. As a self-motivated designer with strong Revit skills, you can jump in and produce test fits and project deliverables as necessary, such as floor plans, specifications, sections, elevations, & details needed for construction in collaboration with consultant architects. Support marketing and sales efforts as design team expert at client-facing events. How You Qualify

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited university 3-7 years of interior design experience – ideally in the Multi-Family Housing sector Proficient with Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas Self-motivated with strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills Demonstrated commitment to resilience and sustainable building practice
