Overview : You will join the Performance Marketing team, which uses data-driven marketing strategies to drive growth for the Atlassian portfolio. Your Future Team : The Performance Marketing team collaborates closely to ensure ad campaigns deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities : We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Operations Analyst to oversee ad campaign implementation and performance. Responsibilities include: Executing advertising strategies across digital platforms without error Implementing advanced targeting techniques across ad networks Troubleshooting platform and data issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards Researching API documentation from third-party vendors in the ad tech stack Reporting outcomes and presenting results to stakeholders, demonstrating advertising efforts' value and impact Researching ambiguous questions to create actionable milestones for the ad tech roadmap Communicating technical problems clearly to help leadership and stakeholders make data-informed decisions Maintaining interest in new technologies, trends, and regulatory changes in the digital ad ecosystem Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, media buying, or a related field Expertise in Google Tag Manager Advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies critical to ad operations Proficiency in SQL as used in data extraction and reporting Experience solving complex technical problems Self-motivated, curious, and detail-oriented with a passion for problem solving and collaboration Bonus Points : Experience with B2B advertising Experience with programmatic real-time bidding (RTB) ecosystems Compensation : At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. Base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $117,000 - $152,750, Zone B: $105,300 - $137,475, Zone C: $97,200 - $126,900.
